South Hadley Records 12 Property Deeds, Just Two List Sale Price
South Hadley recorded 12 property deeds between July 17 and Aug. 15, 2026, but only two had a sale price recorded. The high was $360,000 for 17 Carew St., sold by Sybel Gonzalez to Jeffrey Ellis Diaz on July 17; the low was $60,000 for 3 East Parkview Drive, transferred from Timothy R. and Sandra M. Sweeney to UMassFive College Federal Credit Union. The median of the two recorded prices was $210,000. The remaining 10 filings included three homestead declarations and five transfers from mortgage holders or credit unions to individual buyers, none listing a price, limiting a fuller read on market value this period.
