SOUTH HADLEY — Master Plan Implementation Committee plans October community forum focused on first goal. The committee voted unanimously to approve July meeting minutes and scheduled the forum for October 17 or 19 at the Senior Center in South Hadley, pending Chair Nate Therien's confirmation of space availability. A subcommittee of Danielle Civitillo, Jack Culp, and Patrick Goff will refine discussion questions and table-facilitation protocols.
