15 Deeds Recorded in South Hadley, but Most Prices Still Pending
The Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 15 South Hadley property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only two carried a sale price by press time. The top recorded sale was 511 Newton St at $1,200,000 (Newton Street LLC to Newton LLC); the other priced sale was 12 Linda St at $161,000. Prices for the remaining 13 transactions, including two on Ridge Road, are not yet available. At least 11 of the 15 deeds involve a bank, credit union, or mortgage servicer as a party, and with pricing data this limited, the month's overall market direction cannot yet be assessed.
