South Hadley Records 13 Property Transfers, Most Awaiting Sale Price Data
South Hadley recorded 13 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but sale prices have posted for only three so far: $100,000 to $650,000, with a median of $180,000. The period's top transaction was a $650,000 sale of a South Hadley property to Li Mei Nuan from seller SH Properties LLC. Two Main Street parcels transferred to South Hadley Town, and several other deeds reflect transfers within the same family, into trusts, or involving banks and credit unions rather than open-market sales between unrelated buyers. With most prices not yet recorded, the data does not yet support a read on overall market tone for the period.
