South Hadley records eight property transfers in late August; only one deed discloses a price
South Hadley recorded eight property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, per Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: 8 Landers St. sold for $80,000. Two bank-originated transfers appeared, at 75 Hildreth Ave. and 11 Pershing Ave., both with Berkshire Bank as seller, and a third at 15 Camden St. with Greenfield Savings Bank as seller. Leahey Avenue saw two separate transfers on the same day. Three deeds listed a "Declaration of Homestead" rather than a buyer name. With pricing disclosed on just one of eight transactions, the data does not support a broader read on market direction this period.
