Planning Board approves Subdivision Regulation update in 5-0 vote

South Hadley Planning Board unanimously approves Subdivision Regulation update after 31-year gap. The Board's 5-0 vote, led by Chair Diane Supczak-Mulvaney, approved revised Chapter 360 regulations including new articles and appendices. Director Anne Capra presented updates addressing accessory dwelling units, stormwater management, and street design standards, with residential roadway width reduced from 24 to 22 feet.

The Board began reviewing the regulations in 2023; current standards had not been updated since 1995.
