SOUTH HADLEY — Planning Board holds hearings on utility development and zoning amendments. The April 13 board meeting, presided by Chair Diane Supczak-Mulvaney with four members present, held public hearings on a South Hadley Electric Light Department development at 65 Old Lyman Road and amendments to the town Zoning Bylaw regarding signs. The SHELD project would include 35,949 square feet of office, warehouse, and garage space plus 13,813 square feet of covered and uncovered storage.

Decisions from both hearings appear in separate public hearing minutes. The board also approved prior meeting minutes unanimously and noted property status updates including a revoked building permit at 27 Bardwell and a lien on 1 W Main Street.
