Cultural Council reviews application standards against comparable towns

South Hadley Cultural Council compares grant application standards with comparable peer communities. The council determined that its 50% project budget cap for grants differs from standards at comparable towns. Member Pauline (Joy) Jarme presented the Treasurer's Report, noting that $2,000 in showcase funds remain pending transfer to MASH.

A community survey distributed through multiple channels has garnered only one response to date.
