SOUTH HADLEY — Planning Board unanimously approves in-home hair salon in South Hadley. Susan Carson received Site Plan Review approval to operate a Home Occupation II hair salon at 10 Benger Avenue, with board members determining the proposal met all site review standards. Chair Diane Supczak-Mulvaney, Member Linda Gouin, and Clerk Brad Hutchison voted in favor; Vice Chair Bob Szklarz recused himself due to a professional relationship with the applicant.
The property is approved for two clients per day, three days per week, with one to two parking spaces available.
