South Hadley selectboard approves CDBG revision, property sale

South Hadley selectboard reallocates CDBG funds toward Bolton Avenue sidewalk. The selectboard unanimously approved a $65,100 reallocation of Community Development Block Grant funds after completing its FY2024 drainage and roadway project on Center, Warner and Grave streets. Joe Hagopian of the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission reported the Falls area project came in under budget, permitting the reallocation.

The board also unanimously approved new transfer station pricing of $5 per visit plus $10 per contractor trash bag, and authorized the $165,000 sale of tax title property at 35 Carew Street to IHC Wave LLC.
