Board appoints Mullin to Planning Board associate position

SOUTH HADLEY — Selectboard appoints Mullin to Planning Board. The Selectboard unanimously appointed John Mullin to a three-year term as associate member of the Planning Board effective July 1, 2026. The board also accepted three resignations unanimously: Ann Stockton from the Zoning Board of Appeals, Terry Rosenfeld from the Conservation Commission, and Linda Young from the Bylaw Review Committee.
In other action, the board tabled amendments to Town Administrator Lisa Wong's contract pending full board attendance. Discussion focused on budget strategy and a proposed $3.5 million override designed to address a projected $6 million budget gap over three years.
