South Hadley Planning Board approves home wedding officiant services at Memorial Drive. Under Chair Diane Supczak-Mulvaney, the board unanimously approved Charissa Majeran's application to operate wedding officiating services at 2066 Memorial Drive. Majeran, an ordained minister since 2017 with Massachusetts state certification, has previously officiated eight weddings and plans to market through social media and local business advertising.
To address traffic and parking concerns from nearby residents, the board restricted operations to two vehicles and six guests per service.
