SOUTH HADLEY — Regional health partnership rebrands as 413Health. The CPV PHD Advisory Board, composed of public health directors from South Hadley, Holyoke, and Chicopee meeting June 8, unanimously voted to adopt the new name 413Health and approved Gist Branding's logo designs. Sharon Hart, South Hadley's Public Health Director, participated in the Zoom meeting, which discussed distributing mental health and nutrition information at Holyoke Medical Center's Farmers Market monthly, and tabled a stand-alone website and social media development proposal to next fiscal year.
