Master Plan Implementation Committee recruits new members, adjusts reporting strategy.

Master Plan Implementation Committee · Meeting of February 23, 2026

SOUTH HADLEY — Master Plan Implementation Committee fills two vacant seats and shifts reporting strategy. Chair Nate Therien requested nominations to replace departing members Susan Perry and Robbie Martin. The Committee agreed to abandon outdated Excel forms in favor of open-ended strategic discussions with monitored boards about their progress against master plan goals.

Alex Wirth-Cauchon was assigned as liaison to the library and the Cultural Commission, and the newly created Affordable Housing Trust was added to the Committee's oversight list.
