South Hadley ZBA revises forms to comply with new variance law

South Hadley Zoning Board updates variance procedures under new state law. The board voted unanimously to create and submit a new variance application form designed to comply with amendments to Chapter 40A and to submit it to Town Counsel Lisa Mead for legal review. Associate member Nicholas Remillard had resigned from the board prior to the meeting.

The board also voted unanimously to defer revision of its decision form pending legal review and to amend its Rules and Regulations to align with the legal changes.
