SOUTH HADLEY — CPV PHD Advisory Board approves March minutes, reviews shared service operations across South Hadley, Holyoke, and Chicopee. The board voted unanimously to accept the prior meeting's minutes. The Shared Service Coordinator reported that CredibleMind digital health platform ads purchased through Google generated strong engagement at a cost of $1,200, with discussion of continuation.

Regional inspectors reported near completion of first-round food inspections in Holyoke and ongoing housing inspections across municipalities. The Regional Public Health Nurse outlined April oral health awareness activities, a May 11 blood drive with Baystate, and vaccination collaboration planning in Holyoke schools. Health Director Sharon Hart proposed a $3,000 contract with a Healthy Homes trainer to instruct staff in environmental remediation programming.
