The Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 14 South Hadley property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only four disclosed a sale price. Those ranged from $90,000 to $750,000, with a median of $175,000. The month's top transaction was a $750,000 sale of a Stonybrook Village condominium unit at 162 Stonybrook Way. At least eight of the 14 transfers involved a bank or mortgage-related entity as buyer or seller, and two records reflected a corrective filing and a utility financing document rather than a residential sale.
