Trust documents signing underway; Wayfinders project tracking to fall completion

SOUTH HADLEY — The Affordable Housing Trust advanced Trust Document registration and identified partnerships to expand affordable housing. Planning Director Anne Capra will finalize documents once all members sign. Brad Hutchinson is arranging a meeting with Wayfinders regarding the Clover project, expected complete this fall and serving South Hadley's catchment area.
The Trust will collaborate with the town's Redevelopment Authority on blighted properties and leverage MassHousing Partnership workshops. Carol Constant is recruiting representatives from Abbey Street, Lathrop Village, Newton Manor, and Hubert Place to fill an open seat for someone living in affordable housing.
