The Select Board voted unanimously to support the request; Town Administrator Wong called the amount low but a good start. Members Michelle Theroux, Anne Capra, Helen Fantini, Madison Dressler, and Diane LaRoche discussed conditions on spending, with Anne Capra tasked to meet with Town Counsel to refine the budget concept.
The Authority agreed to hold a joint meeting with the Affordable Housing Trust and discussed bringing properties to marketable condition while avoiding spending on studies without firm owner commitments.
