South Hadley Library Board closes for holiday weekends

South Hadley Library Trustees unanimously close for holiday Saturdays. The nine-member Board, chaired by David Morrell, voted to shut the library on December 26, 2026 and January 2, 2027. Jack Culp, Gaylord Trustee, reported the branch has a new accessibility-improvement plan and expects to hear in February about a grant to help with costs.
Library Director Joe Rodio reported receipt of a technology grant to replace all public access computers and said staff are working with the Public Health department on food programs.
