SOUTH HADLEY — The Selectboard unanimously approved the sale of 27 Fulton Street to Nicholas Bernier for $199,000 and adopted modest 2026 rate increases for the Ledges Golf Course. Chair Jeff Cyr, Vice Chair Nicole Casolari, and member Renee Sweeney voted with Town Administrator Lisa Wong present; member Andrea Miles left at 7:25 p.m. due to illness. The board heard presentations on planned Wastewater Treatment Plant improvements and strong golf course financial performance, with the Ledges reporting recovery after years of losses and reinvestment in equipment and restaurants.
A nonbinding question about a SHELD facility was unanimously added to the April 14 Annual Town Election warrant.
