Selectboard approves dispatch agreements and sewer warrant.

Selectboard · Meeting of April 7, 2026

SOUTH HADLEY — Selectboard approves dispatch agreements and defers tax exemptions. The board unanimously authorized a Memorandum of Agreement and Intermunicipal Agreement for Regional Dispatch, and approved a sewer use fee warrant of $2,214,500 for the April 1, 2026 billing date. A joint presentation by Associate Assessor Melissa Couture Rimbold and Board of Assessors members outlined exemption options, but Clerk Carol Constant and member Renee Sweeney requested additional time for analysis rather than an immediate vote.

Chair Jeff Cyr agreed; Sweeney will work with Town Administrator Lisa Wong on recommendations for a future meeting. Member Andrea Miles, who is not seeking reelection, was honored at her final meeting.
