Planning Board sets performance guarantee for East Street development

South Hadley Planning Board approves performance guarantees for development projects. The Board voted 5-0 to accept performance guarantees for stormwater and landscaping improvements at 136 East Street Flexible Development. In separate action, the Board authorized peer review of stormwater management and traffic impact studies for the South Hadley Electric Light Department's new building at 65 Old Lyman Road; public hearing is scheduled for April 13.
The Board held two public hearings on a proposed office building at 577 Granby Road and amendments to the Floodplain Regulations.
