SOUTH HADLEY — Planning Board schedules public hearing on sign bylaw amendments. Chair Diane Supczak-Mulvaney and the Board voted unanimously to approve January 12 minutes and moved forward with a revised sign bylaw draft presented by Director Anne Capra that consolidates regulatory standards on sign size, height, murals, temporary signs, and wayfinding while removing textile and fabric banner exemptions. The Board will hold a public hearing April 13 to gather community feedback before deciding whether to advance the bylaw to May Town Meeting for adoption.
