SOUTH HADLEY — Planning Board continues 506 Granby Road townhouse hearing to next month. The Board heard a continuation of Site Plan Review and Stormwater Management applications for a 14-unit residential development filed by SAI Shyam, LLC c/o Himanshu Patel and directed applicant engineers to submit revised parking layouts, facade plantings, trash-enclosure schematics, and coordination with the electric utility. Peer-review consultant Steve Lee of Beta Group confirmed that culvert capacity thresholds were satisfied and all prior review items were resolved.
The public hearing was continued to February 9 at 6:30 PM on a four-to-zero vote by voting members.
