Planning Board approves two office buildings at 577 Granby Road with conditions.

Planning Board · Meeting of March 9, 2026

SOUTH HADLEY — Planning Board unanimously approves office development at 577 Granby Road. The Board granted Site Plan Review and Stormwater Management permits for applicant James Falcone to construct two 3,500-square-foot one-story office buildings with parking and stormwater infrastructure, moving unanimously on both applications (5 out of 5 members voting in favor each). Conditions require expansion of the existing stormwater basin with a new sediment forebay seeded with conservation mix, fencing along the expanded driveway to the parking lot, and signage to alert drivers.

Director Anne Capra required an additional condition specifying that auto sales and services are not approved uses.
