SOUTH HADLEY — Planning Board unanimously approves flexible development at 136 East Street. The Board voted 5-0 on both a Special Permit and Stormwater Management Permit for 136 East Street, LLC c/o Gerald Coderre's proposal for six duplexes and two single-family homes at Assessor's Map 35 Parcel 6. Director Anne Capra presented findings and special conditions requiring the roadway to remain private in perpetuity and incorporating a partial sidewalk waiver pending plan revision.
Performance guarantees for stormwater management and landscaping will be defined following permit issuance.
