South Hadley Planning Board approves 14-unit townhouse development at 506 Granby Road. Chair Diane Supczak-Mulvaney and four voting members (Rob Watchilla recused) unanimously approved Site Plan Review, Stormwater Management permits, and Subdivision Regulation waivers for the seven-duplex community filed by SAI Shyam, LLC c/o Himanshu Patel, after engineering and planning consultants revised parking layout, relocated building units, added pedestrian walkway striping, and repositioned utility poles. Director Anne Capra confirmed all peer-review items satisfied.

In concurrent action, the board voted unanimously to forgo stormwater peer-review for a separate two-office building project at 577 Granby Road, deeming the scope and licensed engineer certification sufficient.
