Historical Commission approves prior minutes, welcomes new commissioners

South Hadley Historical Commission unanimously approved minutes from its March meeting and welcomed two newly appointed commissioners to the board. Chair Robert Judge briefed the commission on the FY 2025 Survey and Planning Grant, confirming that the commission had voted unanimously in February to endorse the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission's proposal to perform the work. The commission also discussed upcoming 250th anniversary Revolutionary War ceremonies at Evergreen Cemetery on April 18 at 11:00 a.m. and Village Cemetery on May 18 at 6:00 p.m., with scouts replacing flags following the latter event.
