The Growing Wild South Hadley subcommittee discussed an $800 pollinator plant sale being organized by resident Joan Hamilton, with plants arriving this week for distribution. The group considered spring educational presentations on deer population impacts, native plant wildlife cultivation with UMass researcher Desiere Nurango, or a Master Gardener butterfly talk by Lari Cochran.
A self-guided garden walk is planned for August 8 and 9, with the final participant list due by July 4.
