SOUTH HADLEY — Elementary School Building Project Communications Subcommittee approves tour video voiceover production. The panel unanimously endorsed a plan to replace previous narration in a February forum video due to staff departure, with Eric Friesner and Teresa Winters-Tobin (co-chairs) directing production of a scripted voiceover to be recorded in studio and distributed as short clips. Members also approved a social media and pamphlet distribution strategy featuring QR codes on banners and display boards, with Hope Bussiere coordinating flyer distribution and scheduled Facebook posts.
An invoice reconciliation meeting was moved to June 11, and staff were directed to follow up on filming the June 4 community forum.
