SOUTH HADLEY — Elementary school project communications subcommittee prepares February 5 community forum on site options. The subcommittee unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and confirmed a tour of Mosier School at 5:15 p.m. followed by a 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. presentation focusing on Options 4 and 5, with hybrid attendance and childcare provided. Victoria Clifford and Nick Lobik are developing a real-time Mentimeter survey to collect community feedback, which will remain live during the event and a short extension afterward.
Outreach includes reminder advertisements, social media promotion, flyers, and email reminders; the group postponed a kartoonEDU video project to fall due to budget focus.
