South Hadley Elementary School Project Communications Subcommittee unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and advanced plans for student-focused content supporting the construction project. The four-member subcommittee, led by co-chairs Eric Friesner and Teresa Winters-Tobin, tasked a videographer known as Dan with developing a rough tour-video cut using existing footage and current-senior student interviews, with filming targeted for early April and final completion in fall. Victoria Clifford of Skanska will guide messaging priorities.
The group also approved a comprehensive outreach-tracking document, reported three new community emails addressing traffic and property concerns, and agreed to seek funding for updated display boards and pamphlets with a potential June or July community meeting pending graduation scheduling.
