South Hadley Elementary School Building Project Communications Subcommittee approves February 5 community forum with building-site options. Co-chairs Jennifer Voyik and Teresa Winters-Tobin advanced plans for a 5:15 p.m. tour of Mosier School followed by a 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. presentation and Q&A, with hybrid and childcare options. The subcommittee approved distribution of meeting details via town newsletter, community email, and social media, designated SHCTV to film the event, and explored digital feedback tools including mentimeter.
The committee shelved the kartoonEDU video proposal until fall due to cost constraints and will review lower-cost Budget Task Force videos instead.
