SOUTH HADLEY — Conservation Commission unanimously reauthorizes administrator to sign determinations. The South Hadley Conservation Commission voted unanimously February 18 to reauthorize Conservation Administrator Rebekah Cornell to sign Determinations and Orders on behalf of the Commission with new board members present. In a second unanimous vote, the Commission approved an amended Order of Conditions #288-0499 for South Hadley Electric Light Department's fiber-optic cable service drops to The Meadows, authorizing approximately 300 square feet of ground disturbance with special conditions including a preconstruction site visit and waivers for work within the 50-foot Conservation Zone.
