South Hadley Conservation Commission approves two major permits in virtual meeting. Chair April Doroski and six Commissioners unanimously issued Order of Conditions 288-0505 for South Hadley Electric Light Department's new administration and operations center at 65 Old Lyman Road and granted a waiver for 292 square feet of work within the 50-foot conservation zone; the project requires site regrading and revised landscaping. The Commission also unanimously issued Order of Resource Area Delineation #288-0504 for Marion Excavating Co.

Inc, confirming revised stream and wetland boundaries at New Ludlow Road after peer-review assessment. A Certificate of Compliance was unanimously issued for 44 San Souci Drive to release a prior order and permit property sale with perpetual ongoing conditions.
