South Hadley Conservation Commission unanimously approves three permits at February meeting. The board extended an Order of Conditions for mixed-use development at 36 Bridge Street and issued an Enforcement Order to Jeremy Carpenter for unpermitted vegetation clearing at 311 River Road, with restoration required through mitigation plantings including 10 shrubs or herbaceous ground cover. The Commission also approved a modified site plan for 506 Granby Road with a waiver to work within the 50-foot conservation zone for minimal grading.
The board deferred action on a Certification of Compliance for 26 Cove Island Road pending additional documentation from the applicant on constructed versus permitted changes.
