Communications Subcommittee approves prior minutes, assigns outreach tasks

SOUTH HADLEY — Elementary project Communications Subcommittee assigns spring outreach materials and event coordination. The co-chairs Chuck Romboletti, Eric Friesner, and Teresa Winters-Tobin directed team members including Victoria Clifford of Skanska to draft community recap language, prepare updated tri-fold pamphlets for approval at the April 16 building committee meeting, and coordinate student involvement in a school tour video. Chuck Romboletti will contact the recreation department to identify suitable spring events for project outreach; the May 16 Buttery Brook Park event has been added to the communications plan.
The subcommittee unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and next meets March 24, 2026.
