South Hadley elementary school project Communications Subcommittee approves prior meeting minutes. The Subcommittee, with members Jennifer Voyik, Elizabeth Wood, Eric Friesner, and Teresa Winters-Tobin, voted unanimously to approve the December 1 and December 15, 2025, meeting minutes. Victoria Clifford will revise the December 11 community meeting recap with corrections to grade-configuration language and references to school names, consolidate key documents on the project website, and coordinate with Nick Lobik of Skanska on a new FAQ focused on building-code and ADA-compliance requirements.
Nick Lobik will present two to three February 2026 forum date options to the January 14 Building Committee meeting.
