Committee approves site plan option for school project
The South Hadley Elementary School Building Project Committee unanimously approved a site plan option for the school project.

SOUTH HADLEY — The South Hadley Elementary School Building Project Committee unanimously approved a site plan option for the school project. The motion, moved by Tracie Kennedy and seconded by voting member Eric Friesner, positions the play area within a central loop and adjusts generator and dumpster locations for improved staff access. The project has formally entered the Schematic Design Phase, and the committee discussed heating and cooling system options to be reviewed by an engineer at the August 12 meeting.
An MSBA Facilities Assessment Subcommittee meeting is scheduled for July 29, with remaining MSBA responses due by July 17.
