South Hadley Board of Assessors unanimously approves two veteran tax exemptions and fiscal reports. Chair Kevin E. Taugher, Clerk Thomas R.
Reidy, and Member Lynn Masson approved Clause 22 exemptions totaling $800 for properties at 207 Alvord Place and 418 Granby Road, along with February abatement reports covering motor vehicle, boat, and real estate transactions worth nearly $3,000. The board advanced planning for an override impact calculator and directed Associate Assessor Melissa L. Couture Rimbold to complete a levy limit impact spreadsheet for distribution to town committees ahead of an April 7 joint meeting with the Select Board on local option exemptions.
