Reidy, and Member Lynn Masson approved Clause 22 exemptions totaling $800 for properties at 207 Alvord Place and 418 Granby Road, along with February abatement reports covering motor vehicle, boat, and real estate transactions worth nearly $3,000. The board advanced planning for an override impact calculator and directed Associate Assessor Melissa L.
