SOUTH HADLEY — Board of Assessors approves two property apportionments and December abatements totaling $2,565.38. Chair Kevin E. Taugher, Clerk Thomas R.
Reidy, and member Lynn Masson voted unanimously to approve fiscal 2026 apportionments for properties at 136 East Street and Edgewater Lane after Associate Assessor Melissa L. Couture Rimbold reviewed notifications to the Collector/Treasurer and property owners. The board also approved abatements comprising 34 transactions across 2023–2026 motor vehicle excise and boat excise categories.
The board approved a $650 quarterly bill from CAI Technologies for map maintenance and scheduled the next meeting for February 23 if needed.
